Frequently Asked Questions
Is breakfast included?
Yes – breakfast is included in the price. We offer a continental breakfast comprising tea or coffee, orange juice, home made yoghurts, bread, croissants and fresh fruit. On alternate days, we also offer homemade waffles or muffins.
Breakfast is served between 8.15 and 9.15. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, we present you with a menu to choose from and ask you to select a time to eat.
What if I need to cancel?
We offer to refund bookings 14 days before the reservation date. If you cancel within 14 days, then we will keep the 50% deposit. However, there is also the option of changing the date of your stay.
Do you allow pets?
Generally speaking, no. However, if the dog is well behaved or a guide dog to the blind, exceptions can be made. But the only room where this might be possible is the downstairs bedroom, Baretous. Please contact us directly before making a booking.
Do you accept children?
This is a tough one. But the short answer is NO. Generally speaking, we don’t accept children under the age of 12 years old. Occasionally, in the out of season, we will say yes to children, but this is on a case by case basis. Please do contact us first.
We follow all government guidelines regarding COVID-19 – face masks in public areas, disinfecting the rooms, hand gel, etc.
Do you have family rooms?
No. All of our rooms are based on two people sharing. However, it’s worth knowing that Ossau and Aspe are next door to each other on the first floor, so ideal for renting together if you are a group or family.
Do I need to send a deposit?
Yes. We ask for a deposit of 50% upfront at the time of the booking. This is fully refundable should you choose to cancel up to 14 days before your stay. Between 14 days and the day of your arrival, the deposit will be forfeited. If you do not show up, then full payment will be required.
